Here are some pictures from a large job we completed in Northern Kentucky. The job included pouring a massive concrete driveway and patio and then building a steel-framed patio on the second level.
The project was broken down into three phases, beginning with concrete prep work and the design of an underground water management system to divert rainwater away from the property.
We then poured over 120 yards of concrete to complete the concrete driveway and patio slab. The final stage, after allowing time for the concrete to fully cure, was building this 1,600-square-foot deck. It is built with all-steel framing, composite decking, and steel railings, making it practically maintenance-free!
