This homeowner needed to fix their old concrete patio because it was falling apart and at risk of taking the second-floor bedrooms down with it. The project included demolishing the previous patio, adding support beams for the second floor, replacing the concrete patio, and adding a retaining wall to protect against future erosion and movement.
We had to bring in over 100 tons of dirt and 20 tons of crushed limestone to complete this job and prevent this house from sliding down the hill.
